This painting features the tiny fishing village of Cadgwith, located on the eastern side of the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall. Cadgwith seems everything that a Cornish fishing village should be. A stream winding down the valley and trickling over the sand and shingle beach with whitewashed cottages. Nagib Karsan has captured the charm of a place enjoying the peace and quiet whilst soaking up the atmosphere.
