Jo Naden is a British sculptor. She early life was spent on a Derbyshire hill farm and the gritstone peaks and limestone dales still play a part in influencing Jo’s sculptures.

Jo Naden is fascinated by the Landscape and our relationship to it. Ecology, the forces and phenomena of the earth, its minerals, plants and animals, myths, legends, time and seasons are inspiration to her sculpture.

Jo Naden shows a real ability to connect with her chosen subject. From the landscape she gathers visual references and distills then into sculptural forms that offer a sense of connection and sensitivity all to rare in the world of contemporary sculpture.

Jo Naden’s bronze doves are the both seductive with their exquisite soft grey/green patina and dynamic in form.
